Chan Yan Yi was appointed Director of TZR Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. on 17 July 2017. Today, as Chief Financial Officer, Thomas oversees TZR's financial strategy, capital management, financial reporting, and corporate planning, supporting the company's long-term investment objectives and disciplined capital allocation framework.
Stefan Bowen serves as Chief Investment Officer of TZR Investment Holdings. Prior to assuming his current role, he led the firm's Fixed Income Strategy, contributing to the development of TZR's investment research and portfolio management capabilities during an important phase of the company's evolution. Today, Stefan leads the company's investment strategy, opportunity evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio oversight. Working closely with the Board, he is responsible for identifying strategic investment opportunities and ensuring that capital deployment aligns with TZR's long-term investment philosophy, disciplined risk management framework, and commitment to sustainable value creation.
